<dc:title>Letter from Margaret Lindsay Huggins, 90 Upper Tulse Hill, S W [South West], to Sir Joseph [Larmor]</dc:title>
<dc:description>Huggins is thankful for the reference sent by Larmor, and for his letter 'in which [he] recognised so fully the "open-mindedness" of my Dearest on that nitrogen matter, [which] was a very real comfort to me at a very sad and difficult time for me'. She explains that there will be a delay in her replies to his previous letters because she has been ill. She is interested in the medal awards; she is glad that Sir Francis Galton has the Copley [medal], and that Professor [Heinrich] Rubens has received the Rumford [medal]. She notes that the Hales have not yet left for their trip to Egypt. </dc:description>
