<dc:title>Letter from William Huggins, 90 Upper Tulse Hill, S W [South West] London, to the Secretary [Joseph Larmor]</dc:title>
<dc:description>He thanks Larmor for his response to Huggins's proposed book. He is keen to take the photographs he requires at Burlington House: probably of some of the rooms, some portraits, and the Mace. He hopes to arrange this but wonders if the Officers will allow this without mentioning it at Council, as Huggins would prefer that they did not bring it up. If Larmor must ask, Huggins would prefer that he keeps the purpose of this activity vague and say 'for some publication'.</dc:description>
