<dc:title>Letter from Alex [Alexander] Larmor, 8 College Avenue, Londonderry, to Joseph [Larmor]</dc:title>
<dc:description>John has influenza but is nearly better. Alexander has filled in numbers for a share transfer and he notes the Cambrian Company status. John has asked to enclose a cutting [not present] of the return of dominion income tax on Canadian Pacific which may interest Joseph. He will have seen that [Richard Winn] Livingstone was appointed Vice-Chancellor of Queen's University; he and the Prime Minister of New Zealand will get honorary degrees. Magee College has had no success in getting a grant from the Ulster Government, has small student numbers, and after Queen's there is no room for tha second college. </dc:description>
