His recollection is that Larmor said it was his impression that the low rate of radiation accounted for the action of the Dewar vessel. He would not have mentioned such a guarded expression in a more elaborate report. He gives two examples with sketches showing an inner and outer vessel.with calculations.  </dc:description>
