<dc:title>Letter from A B [Alfred Bray] Kempe, 19 Pembridge Square, to [Joseph] Larmor</dc:title>
<dc:description>He thought he might see Larmor at the International Catalogue meeting. They discussed a temporary loan but concluded it would do little good and there would be no funds to repay it. They need to recognise that £4,000 is not enough working capital and that it should be £6,000, giving details of his thinking and money owed from America and the Smithsonian. He concludes that they will have to lend £2,000 at 4 per cent.

With some pencil notes by Joseph Larmor.</dc:description>
