<dc:title>Letter from A B [Alfred Bray] Kempe, 2 Paper Buildings, Temple, to [Joseph] Larmor</dc:title>
<dc:description>Council determined to have sheets of the Proceedings 1868-1905 pulped, since sufficient copies are preserved to meet demand. Transactions for the years 1894 to 1908 will be dealt with similarly as there are plenty of bound volumes. All items to be pulped are at Letchworth. Nothing has been decided on other copies; Finance Committee and Council will be involved before anything is done. He notes scarcity of paper as the reason for bringing it up.</dc:description>
