He has been looking at maps and timetables. Swiss mountaineering would be expensive; pleasant, but difficult to work in with other areas. He discusses regions and itineraries, including going to Landeck or Innesbruck and walking cross country, taking in three glacier passes. It would take ten days or two weeks he estimates and outlines the route, asking Larmor to consider this. 22 July 1894
