<dc:title>Letter from [Charles Richardson] Banks and [Charles] Barry, 1 Westminster Chambers, Victoria Street, Westminster, to [Walter White] the assistant secretary of the Royal Society</dc:title>
<dc:description>Refer to a previous suggestion made in regards to the building of a temporary room for the use of the Royal Society at Burlington House [see MS/755/34], and how the plan was approved by the Council of the Royal Society. Believe they will receive direction from the government to construct the room soon and as it will take two months' work it will be ready for the Royal Society to take possession of it on 1 September. Believe there are pictures and artifacts belonging to the Royal Society in the large room or theatre, and ask for their removal by 10 August. </dc:description>
