  <dc:title>Copy of a letter from W[alter] White, B[urlington] H[ouse] to [Daniel] Ruddle</dc:title>
<dc:description>Forwards Mr Perry's statement of account and offers a series of remarks. They include: stressing that the letter box was already the Royal Society's and not made by Mr Perry, and that no arrangement was ever made to pay £7 10s for the plate; confirming the Society's past refusal to pay for the labels and saying they eventually understood Ruddle had allowed them - only them the works were carried out; reminding that the original estimate had items the Society did not want, and that work on two cases was a sort of exchange.</dc:description>
