  <dc:title>Letter from J Larmor, Secretary of the Royal Society, to the President of the Council of the International Association of Academies, Imperial Academy of Sciences, Vienna</dc:title>
  <dc:description>Is directed by the Preseident and Council of the Royal Society to forward a resolution which has been laid before them by the Royal Astronomical Society in which the President and Council fully concur;
     'that this Council is of the opinion that the appointment of an International Committee to report on the present state of Lunar nomenclature and to suggest a course of action in future would be for the advantage of Selenography at the present time; and the Council would learn with satisfaction that the International Association of Academies is prepared to appoint such a Committee'.

Hopes this suggestion may receive favourable consideration at the hands of the Council of the International Association.</dc:description>
