<dc:title>Letter from Cromwell Mortimer, to Martin Folkes</dc:title>
<dc:description>Mortimer advises that he may be prevented from attending the Royal Society meeting the following day as he is visiting an ill friend in Windsor. He hopes to return in time but if he cannot asks that Mr [John] Machin or Mr [Henry] Baker read the papers on his behalf. Adds that he is enclosing the papers he thinks should be read first, there are more than required for one meeting, as well as Mr Laurin's paper [enclosures not present].</dc:description>
