<dc:title>Copy letter, Percy George Hamnall Boswell, to Herbert Spencer Harrison, Royal Anthropological Institute, 52 Upper Bedford Place</dc:title>
<dc:description>He quite understands that Harrison does not feel able to cancel the Royal Anthropological Institute conference by himself. Things have continued to move. Jones and Sandford have written to say that they see no purpose in the conference. Leakey has telephoned to say that he does not want it. He has agreed that they should both write to Harrison, as President, to state that neither wish to be present. Boswell believes he has been relieved of the obligation of his previous promise. There is a considerable body of opinion against the course of action that Council have taken. </dc:description>
