Things have continued to move. Jones and Sandford have written to say that they see no purpose in the conference. Leakey has telephoned to say that he does not want it. He has agreed that they should both write to Harrison, as President, to state that neither wish to be present. Boswell believes he has been relieved of the obligation of his previous promise.
