<dc:title>Letter from David Gill, 34, De Vere Gardens, Kensington, London, to Arthur Rucker</dc:title>
<dc:description>Informs he received Rucker's paper 'Distribution of the Secondaries of Double Stars around their Primaries' and that he will read it with pleasure. Asks Rucker to let him put off reading it for ten days or a fortnight as he is being pressured to complete his own work, 'History and Description of the Cape Observatory', which is much longer than he anticipated, so the work will not allow him time for his friends. Adds that he is writing to prevent Rucker from thinking he is not interested in Rucker's paper. </dc:description>
