He reflects on Blagden's comment on medicine being a debased profession. He forwards a letter from his cousin Peter [Pierre], who has various enquiries in order to get an opening in business {MS/821/1/20]. Daniel would be happy if Peter could settle near Blagden in Gloucester. He has no other news, but will write from Paris.    </dc:description>
