Letter from Chas R [Charles Richard] Vaughan, 43 Curzon St., to Charles Hatchett, Belle Vue House, Chelsea Giving thanks for a copy of 'On the spikenard of the ancients', which contains pleasing and valuable informaton. He leaves London for Paris tomorrow and will have no chance of meeting Hatchett until his return, which is uncertain at present. This will invite censure in making him an incorrigible defaulter at the Club. 12 May 1836
