<dc:title>Letter from Robert Williams Wood, Physical Laboratory, John Hopkins University, Baltimore, to Charles Vernon Boys </dc:title>
<dc:description>He recalls Boys telling him about an anti-splash fro high pressure faucets and asks for details of the mesh size and method of inserting it into the tap. He would like to have a diagram of Boys's 'tornado machine', the remains of which he saw in Boys's laboratory. He has been voted a grant of $350 by the American Academy for researches on sodium vapour and solicits advice from Boys. </dc:description>
