<dc:title>Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Captain Andrew Noble, Fellow of the Royal Society</dc:title>
<dc:description>There would be no irregularity at all in asking to have Mr White's certificate re-suspended as Rix finds it duly signed by Noble, and had they received Noble's request it would have been put up without demur. The letter of which Noble speaks however has not been received and all letters about candidature are immediately acknowledged. Rix apologises for the mishap and if there were any possibility of remedy he would gladly do anything in his power. </dc:description>
