<dc:title>Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to The Earl of Rosebery, Archibald Philip Primrose</dc:title>
<dc:description>It is Rix's duty to remind his Lordship that a resolution was passed in Council on 4 November 1886 extending the time for admission into the Society until Primrose should return to England, Rix advises Primrose of the two remaining meetings before the close of session. If His Lordship cannot attend either of these days, he asks for an intimation to that effect so that a further extension may be proposed to the Council. </dc:description>
