<dc:title>Copy letter from John Evans, to Mr D Ruddle</dc:title>
<dc:description>The specification of the work proposed to be carried out at the Society, and the estimate for the same, were brought before the President and Council at today's meeting and the estimate of £118-10-0 accepted. Evans asks Ruddle to have a contract executed and the work started as soon as possible. The sum was considered somewhat high and Rix hopes Ruddle will find himself able to somewhat reduce it as work proceeds.</dc:description>
