<dc:title>Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to James Thomson Bottomley</dc:title>
<dc:description>Rix sends plans of Bottomley's plates for approval. Two are reduced to four fifths original scale and two are un-reduced. They can save 'a good bit of expense' by putting the instruments into one quarto plate. To do this they must reduce them to two thirds scale. Rix asks if Bottomley has any objections to this. </dc:description>
