Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Mr E J Howard, Norton Rise, Lincoln Asks for Howard's cheque for £41-1-8, six months rent for the grazing farm at Mablethorpe. The Society has received a communication from Mr John Lunn, Clerk to the Parish Council, applying for a portion of the pasture to be used as pasture allotments, and Rix has referred him to Howard as the simplest way appears to be for Howard to sub-let to them, if he cares to do so. 25 March 1895
