Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Mr John Lunn, Clerk to the Parish Council, Mablethorpe, Lincolnshire In reply to Lunn's letter of 21st March which has been laid before the Society's Treasurer [John Evans], Rix is instructed to say the simplest course seems to be for the tenant, Mr Howard, of Nocton Rise, to sub-let the portion Lunn requires, if he cares to do so.
