Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Lord Rayleigh [John William Strutt] Mr Francis Galton has been at the Society on Professor Edgeworth's behalf complaining of the inordinate delay with his paper. It has been in the hands of Dr [James Whitbread Lee] Glaisher the third referee, since last July. Glaisher has had frequent reminders both by circular and by letter.
