<dc:title>Copy letter from Lord Rayleigh [John William Strutt], to S P Kramer M.D.</dc:title>
<dc:description>One of the referees appointed to report upon Kramer and Professor [Victor Alexander Haden] Horsley on the effect of gunshot wounds criticized that part which related to the blood pressure. Rayleigh does not know whether Kramer would be disposed to drop that part of the paper. If so the publication could proceed; otherwise he is afraid no step can be taken until a meeting of the Committee of papers. </dc:description>
