Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Lord Kelvin [John William Strutt], Fellow of the Royal Society Rix is sending by this post a set of the Council Minutes for the past session and some rough suggestions taken from the Committee books for Strutt's anniversary address. Rix has left the following matters to his Lordship; the Procedure Committee, the Selection of Candidates Committee, the Antarctic Committee, the foundation of the Buchanan Committee, and the first election to a Joule Studentship, as he has no information on these beyond the Council Minutes. 2 November 1894
