Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to F Howard Collins, Churchfield, Edgbaston, Birmingham All the sub-committees have reported but their reports are so much at variance that the Society thinks they will have to confer together before the Council considers their joint recommendations. Rix does not think there would be any objection to Collins seeing their reports, even at this stage. Rix will ascertain the feelings of the Officers and let Collins know. 5 December 1894
