<dc:title>Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to C Camme, Lead Mill Steel Works, Sheffield</dc:title>
<dc:description>In the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society' volume 47, pp23, and 138, there are two papers on the magnetic and other properties of steel by Dr John Hopkinson. They are quite short, if the papers are purchased the cost will be two and six and five and six respectively, but Camme could doubtless consult the volume at the Sheffield Free Public LIbrary, or the library of Firth College. Messrs Harrison & Sons, 45 St Martins Lane are the Society's agents for all their publications.</dc:description>
