Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Lord Rayleigh [John William Strutt] Dr [Michael] Foster thinks Rix ought to send the enclosed from Sir D Salomons to Strutt. Salomons is becoming very impatient and Robert Hughes, the communicator, has been in two or three times. Rix asks if he ought to write and tell him that the referee has now reported and that the paper will be considered on the 17th. 9 January 1895
