<dc:title>Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Dr Michael Foster, Secretary, Royal Society</dc:title>
<dc:description>Rix is surprised to find that again the Committee have not passed any 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]' papers. The 'Proceedings' have now stood still more than a month waiting upon the Committee. Wonders if it would be possible to print any papers without their being passed by the Committee. The office gets the credit of this delay.</dc:description>
