Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Mr T P Collings With respect to Collings' estimate for Dr Levy's figures, the paper has been voted for the 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]' and not for the 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]'. There will therefore no doubt be a reduction in the estimate as most of the figures will have to be smaller. On this understanding Collings may put the blocks in hand. Collings cannot conveniently communicate with the author as he is in Buluwayo but Collings may communicate with Professor Victor Horsely, who is in charge of the paper.
