  <dc:description>The correspondent apologises but he cannot send Clowes' manuscript as it will be wanted by the Committee tomorrow. It will not be read this week nor the week after as the Bakerian Lecture interferes. 

The correspondent will send Clowes a list as requested, if he finds it practicable. The names will be in the 'Times' next morning.</dc:description>
