<dc:title>Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Lord Rayleigh [John William Strutt]</dc:title>
<dc:description>Dr [Michael] Foster gave Rix some time ago leave to attend a wedding tomorrow as Foster said they were quite certain not to have any Committee meeting that day. It is now impossible to alter the arrangement and Rix must leave by noon. If Rayleigh is at the Society before that he can go through the papers but if not Mr Chapman will be able to go through them with him.</dc:description>
