<dc:title>Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Frank McClean, Fellow of the Royal Society</dc:title>
<dc:description>McClean has already received notice of the remaining dates when he can present himself for admission to the Society. Rix writes now to explain that the last day for the payment of subscriptions for the current year is 30th September after which the names of those who have not paid are suspended in the meeting room for a month. On 1 November if the subscription remains unpaid the election becomes void. The contribution is £3 per annum, or a composition fee of £60.</dc:description>
