  <dc:description>The Treasurer [John Evans] writes that he, the President [Lord Kelvin, William Thomson] and probably the two other Secretaries will be in Paris and that he doubles the advisability of holding either of the suggested Committee meetings on the 24th so Rix will not summon these unless he hears from Foster to do so. 

The Treasurer returns the regulations Foster sent him, having made some alterations. Rix is getting this printed.

Chapman is ill again.</dc:description>
