  <dc:description>They were all much alarmed to hear of Foster's accident but somewhat relieved by his telegram. On the chance of Foster being fit to attend to business, Rix sends this list of papers [not attached]. Those marked with a cross Lord Rayleigh [John William Strutt] thinks suitable to be taken at some early meeting and leaves it to Foster to make out the list for 21st November. 

Asks Foster to send and return the enclosed receipt.</dc:description>
