Rix sees that the Messrs have changed the amount of the Society's account from £1 to £1-3-0, probably on account of its being three months overdue. This is at the rate of about 60% per annum interest. Asks to know if they intend to charge this rate of interest on accounts inadvertently overdue, because in that case they will remove the account. 8 November 1895
