Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Alfred Bray Kempe, Fellow of the Royal Society Rix, by Michael Foster's instructions sends: a copy of the Standing Orders being laid before Council, but only some of which have yet been adopted; a copy of Statutes marked for Foster by Kempe and containing a memorandum in Foster's handwriting; two copies of Foster's proposed alterations in Statutes to carry the Standing Orders into effect. He also sends Kempe's original memorandum, on which number 3 was founded. 4 February 1896
