<dc:title>Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to the Editor of "The Times", Printing House Square, E.C.</dc:title>
  <dc:description>'Dear Sir,
The inclosed is a cutting from your list of engagements headed "To-day". Dr Frankland's lecture, it appears, is to be at the Royal Institution: you have wrongly announced it "Royal Society". I may mention that in December last, without any authority from us, you made a similar misleading statement as to a meeting for discussion on Antarctic Exploration, on which occasion it caused us some inconvenience. May I beg that more care may be taken in future with these announcements?
I am, yours truly,
H Rix
Asst. Sec. R.S. [Assistant Secretary, Royal Society]'.</dc:description>
