<dc:title>Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to C E Grove, Thames Iron Works, Orchard Yard, Blackwall, E.</dc:title>
  <dc:description>'Dear Sir,
In answer to your letters of February 20 and March 20, I regret to say that the Officers have not yet found an opportunity to consider the question of admitting the public to the lecture on Colour Photography. I hope this may be considered next Thursday, when they hold a meeting. Meanwhile, our standing orders are that admission to our meetings can only be by introduction of a Fellow.
Yours truly,
H Rix
Asst. Sec. R.S. [Assistant Secretary, Royal Society]'.</dc:description>
