<dc:title>Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Professor Arthur Mason Worthington, Fellow of the Royal Society</dc:title>
  <dc:description>'Dear Sir,
With reference to the paper by yourself and Mr Cole which was voted for "Phil. Trans." ['Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'] on March 19, we have obtained from the Direct Photo Engraving Company a specimen print of one of your illustrations, made from their own negative. I inclose the specimen herewith and beg that you will let me know whether it is satisfactory and whether we may now put the whole of the photographs in hand.
I am, yours truly,
H Rix
Asst. Sec. RS. [Assistant Secretary, Royal Society]'.</dc:description>
