<dc:title>Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor Arthur William Rucker, Fellow of the Royal Society</dc:title>
<dc:description>The enclosed paper by Dr C Chree, 'Observations on Atmospheric Electricity at the Kew Observatory' [not attached] having been accepted, and the abstract ordered for reading and publication in the 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]', Harrison is directed to ask by the Physics and Chemistry Committee if Rucker would provide in writing his opinion on the full paper with particular reference to four points: whether the paper should be printed in the 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]'; if yes whether in full or in part; whether modifications are necessary or desirable; which illustrations if any should be reproduced.

The work of the Committee would be much aided if Rucker could send his report no later than [copy text missing] but if his engagements prevent this Harrison would be obliged for an immediate intimation to that effect.</dc:description>
