Encloses for Evans' signature two cheques drawn, one in favour of Professor Percy Frankland, the other in favour of Dr [Alfredo Antunes] Kanthack, on the authority of resolutions of the Water Research Committee, copies of which he also encloses. Encloses a letter received from Mr Dyer with enclosures regarding Scientific Relief. Encloses for signature a cheque on the Carrington Donation account, in accordance with the accompanying letter.
