Copy letter from Theodore E James, to Joseph Norman Lockyer, Fellow of the Royal Society James is directed to send Lockyer a copy of a letter which Professor [Michael] Foster has addressed to the Admiralty in regard to the late Eclipse of the sun. Asks Lockyer to send to the Society a copy of his letter to Professor Foster with reference to the Eclipse Expedition and Customs, as the original is now with the Foreign Office. 25 August 1896
