<dc:title>Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor Armstrong, Fellow of the Royal Society</dc:title>
<dc:description>Harrison let Armstrong leave today without giving him the enclosed report to the Netherlands Government which Professor [Diederik Johannes] Korteweg has made, and which he asked Harrison to send to Armstrong. In consequence of this report the Netherlands Government has already asked the advice of the Academy of Science about continued participation and the establishment of a National Bureau. To this purpose a Committee has been nominated. </dc:description>
