Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Sir Joseph Lister, President, Royal Society Professor Robert Wallace, Professor of Agriculture and Rural Economy at the University of Edinburgh, called yesterday to see Dr [Michael] Foster with reference to the enquiry into Tsetse Fly and Rinderpest. Wallace has seen something of these diseases in Africa and seems to have views somewhat at variance with [David] Bruce's.
