There is nothing to prevent Gordon publishing a short account of the paper provided the account does not go beyond the abstract of the paper which had already appeared in the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society'. 

On a rough estimate Harrison calculates the cost price of he paper when published to be about 12 shillings a copy. </dc:description>
