<dc:title>Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Alfred Bray Kempe, Fellow of the Royal Society, Chairman, Scientific Relief Committee</dc:title>
  <dc:description>'Dear Mr Kempe,
I am directed to forward to you a proof of regulations for the Scientific Relief Fund, marked with certain amendments suggested by a member of the Council. The regulations will come before the Council at their next meeting, and I am to ask if the Committee has any suggestions to make upon them. I presume you will not want to call a meeting to consider this question, but, if you think the regulations should be submitted to the members of the Committee individually, I will do so.
I am, yours faithfully,
Robt Harrison
Asst. Sec. R.S. [Assistant Secretary, Royal Society]'.</dc:description>
