<dc:title>Copy letter from Arthur William Rucker, to Richard Tetley Glazebrook, [Fellow of the Royal Society]</dc:title>
<dc:description>A very long paper has been sent in for the '[Philosophical] Transactions' by Mr Swan. It is communicated by Clifton and is on the thermometer[?] work of which a preliminary account was given in Liverpool. The abstract looks 'all right' but as Rucker did not hear it and Glazebrook probably did, he would be glad to know if Glazebrook thinks the abstract should be ordered for the 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]'. </dc:description>
