Copy letter from Arthur William Rucker, to Surgeon-Captain Patrick Hehir, The Nizam's Medical School, Hyderabad, Deccan, India Hehir's paper 'The Haematozoon of Malaria and its Discovery in Water and Soil', although conforming to the regulation of the Society which necessitates all communications being presented by a Fellow, has been considered by the Committee of Papers and they have concluded that the paper is not suitable for publication by the Society.
