Encloses the two referee's reports on Green's paper, together with a letter from the Senior Secretary [not attachments]. Asks for the referee's reports to be returned with Dyer's decision on Dr [Michael] Foster's proposal to act under Standing Order 43, so that, if Dyer concurs, the paper may go forward for publication. 

Asks for the title of a paper that he is informed Dyer wishes to read on the 18th. </dc:description>
